Professor Barbara Sahakian and Dr Annette Bruhl speak about stress and anxiety at Cambridge Science Festival

Professor Barbara Sahakian and Dr Annette Bruhl spoke alongside Professor David Baldwin from the University of Southampton at a Cambridge Science Festival event on Tuesday 11th March. During the talk, which is entitled ”Overcoming stress and anxiety: Healthy brains for a flourishing society”, the three expert speakers will discuss a range of questions relevant to the study and treatment of mental health difficulties. These include: Why is anxiety on the rise? Why do people react to stress differently? And, how can we develop resilience to promote mental wellbeing?
