Barry Everitt receives BAP Lifetime Achievement Award

Congratulations to Barry Everitt who received The British Association for Psychopharmacology (BAP) Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2012 Summer Meeting in Harrogate.

This is a major award, launched by BAP in 1998. It is presented annually to an individual in recognition of the following three criteria:

  1. Lifetime achievement in psychopharmacology with an international recognition of contribution and impact.
  2. Major contribution to British psychopharmacology.
  3. Support for and contributions to the British Association for Psychopharmacology

The Award is made to an individual in the latter part of their career, irrespective of whether they are working or retired.
